2.4 Account Restrictions

We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and discovery of multiple accounts may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

77hp supports various deposit methods tailored to Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment processors. All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary based on payment method and account verification status. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our published timeframes, which vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within two to four (2-4) hours, while bank transfers may require twelve to twenty-four (12-24) hours for completion. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security review procedures. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal or at any time we deem necessary, we may require you to provide documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 77hp Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Any deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, which may include conversion fees charged by payment processors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your 77hp account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 77hp account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and subject to verification of your identity and payment details.

9.2 Involuntary Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Grounds for immediate account termination include:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspected criminal conduct
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Failure to comply with verification requirements
• Abusive conduct toward other players or staff
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination for breach, any winnings may be voided, and we reserve the right to forfeit your account balance to cover damages, chargebacks, or other costs incurred by 77hp as a result of your conduct.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 77hp Service shall first be subject to our internal complaints procedure. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our customer support channels, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
